Airport Arrival Instructions:

Curbside Check-in:
- Upon arrival, proceed to the main terminal, baggage claim
area (Level 5).
- Go to the baggage claim carousel for your airline and get
your luggage, then proceed to the pick up location.
- Once you have your luggage, exit the terminal through doors
506 or 510 in Terminal West, or doors 507 or 511 in Terminal
East. Locate the Limo Dispatcher Booth and inform one of the
ground transportation attendants (in an orange vest) that you
are to be picked up by 1st Avenue Town car & Limousine. They
will call the Holding Lot, which is the staging area for
limousines. Your driver will be informed to come and pick you
up.
- The Ground Transportation attendant will tell you where to
go to find your vehicle and driver.
To check in inside the Terminal:
- Upon arrival proceed to the main terminal, baggage claim
area (Level 5) to pick up your luggage.
- After you have gathered all of your luggage, go to the
Ground Transportation Information Counter in the main terminal
(Level 5). It is to the RIGHT of the Hertz Rental Car desk, just
beyond the fountain.
- Tell Ground Transportation that you are to be picked up by
1st Avenue Towncar & Limousine. They will call the Holding Lot,
which is the staging area for limousines. Your driver will be
informed to come and pick you up.
- The Ground Transportation clerk will tell you where to go to
find your vehicle and driver.
FOR ARRIVALS AFTER 11:30 PM: Please call our customer
service upon arrival and they will direct you to your pick up
location. If one of our reservationists does not answer, listen
carefully to the recorded message for your personal arrival
instructions. |
